Новая информационная модель исследования и анализа эффективности стационарозамещающих технологий на примере дневных стационаров

The aim of this research is to work out new information model of analysis of hospital substituting technologies efficacy. The research objectives include the revealing of factors that decrease quality and efficacy of medical technologies; the choosing of optimum method for dynamic control and analysis of public health organization activities; the using of scientifically grounded medical aid quality control. The work is based on systemic analysis methodology. Social-hygienic, sociological, mathematical-statistical methods, expert judgement method and others were used. 700 cases of the use of hospital substituting technologies were analyzed. New information model to analyze the efficacy of hospital substituting technologies was worked out on the basis of special.Program of investigating day hospital activities.. With the help of it multifactor characteristic of realized hospital substituting technologies was received, systemic analysis was made, reserves to increase the efficacy of public health organization activities were found. Thus, new information model to analyze the efficacy of hospital substituting technologies enables us to make multifactor analysis of medical technologies, to reveal and promptly amend regulated factors exerting negative influence on medical aid quality and efficacy.
