The central subject of the present work is the organizacional culture in Frigus Bohn. Understood here like a social system wyhich is constructed day to day by all the members of the organization; the organizacional culture allows the daily coexistence, giving meant their activities, teelings, thoughts, in a word to their daily lite. This one culture is not homogenous, is conformed by patches and tragments contributed by each individual towards the colectivity, impregnated of the individual cultural baggage, the national culture and the international situation in where the companies interacts. The analysis unit is the personal administrative worker and, as well as the directors of the mentioned, manutacturing company of equipment ot refrigeration mainly tor export sale. lt is part ot the context ot international competition where the efficiency, the competitiveness, the quality, the production and the organization are agreed specific neutral cultural forms that acquire meaning with the social relations between the different involved actors. We understand the organizacional culture in tour axes: rationality, authority, inclusion and adaptation-resistance, related dialectically to give continuity to the social lite in the company. By means ot methodologic tools ot qualitative character like the ethnography, interviews and participant observation were managed to deepen in the problematic one; speeches, experiences and images to give profile were collected to the culture ot the organization.
