Object identifier and cross reference management in multilevel integrated data platforms for power dispatch

2012
To provide efficient data sharing, power system model, real-time data and historical data in power dispatching center are gathered and distributed by standardized integrated data platform, where cross reference and object identifier management plays an important role in data collecting and data accessing. This paper proposes an object identifier management architecture for multi-level power dispatching data platform, researches rule-based object identifier assignment, cross reference management, object identifier access interface and storage policies. Each data platform of provincial or prefecture level has its own object management scope and object identifier management system, assigning master identifiers and building cross references for the objects to coordinate different level platforms and setup connections between platform and application systems. Thus multi-level platforms and the bridged application systems can serve for object data access as a whole.
