A Designing Study of Microteaching Applied in The Training of Students Majoring in Track and Field

Teaching skills are the important attainments for a teacher,because it affects the teaching effects very much,So it is imperative to our school reformation.The specialty of track and field is a main channel to feeding the teacher to meet the need of primary school,so we should change the traditional status of knowledge training and reinforce the skill training for the student majoring in the track and field so as to improve their competence for the work in the future.Microteaching as a special training method of teaching skill should be pay more importance and introduced.We will theoretically discuss the designing of the microteaching applied in training of the track and field.
