The Expression of ß-catenin, CyclinD1 and C-myc mRNA on Thymus Tissue Exposed Irradiation

2012
Ionizing radiation has a critical influence on human health In order to explore the correlation between radiation and thymic lymphoid from the signal transduction pathways and to provide a biological basis to further elucidate the radiation carcinogenesis The mouse were irradiated with the X rays (1.75 Gy per time, 1 time per week for consecutive four times, total doses of 7 Gy). The mouse were killed and the thymus tissue were taken out at 30,60 and 90 d after they were irradiated(six mouse per time). Pathological change was observed by HE staining. -catenin, cyclinD1 and c-myc gene mRNA expression was detected by RT-PCR The structures of cortices and medulla of thymoma induced ionizing radiation was unclear, lymphoid tumor cells diffused The expression of -catenin, cyclinD1 and c-myc mRNA increased significantly 90 d and 180 d after the mice were irradiated (P
