Indol-6H- [3,2-b] quinoxaline derivative and an organic light emitting diode

2010
The present invention is an indol-6H- [3,2-b] quinoxaline derivative and an organic light emitting diode. Indol-6H- [3,2-b] quinoxaline derivative of formula (I). Wherein R9 may be selected from a substituted or an aryl group (aryl group?) And having a substituent or a heteroaryl group, an aryl group (heteroaryl); and R1 to R8 have a substituent. Good electron injection ability of the compounds of the present invention have indol-6H- [3,2-b] quinoxaline functional group that binds to indole and quinoxaline, indole thus has good capacity and energy transfer quinoxaline . A compound body may be a layer of luminescent material or a dopant. Alternatively, the compounds of the present invention may be a hole transporting material, an electron transport material, a hole blocking material, an electron blocking material, a hole injecting material or a electron injecting material.
