2017
With the rapid development of wireless and mobile networks, mobile communication terminals become an essential tool for everyone, mobile education software has become increasingly popular, so providing a personalized exercise software to improve student learning efficiency and performance has been urgent. According to the study of student learning, a person's knowledge and ability can be divided into three districts: comfort zones, panic zones and learning areas. The comfort zone is the knowledge and ability which is familiar and mastered. The panic area is knowledge and ability which can not be understood by learning in the short term. The learning area is the knowledge and ability which can be understood by learning. If users can always practice in learning district, it can help users increase the score quickly, and this is the system design theory. This system is composed of Android side of the exercise system and Web side of the service management system. Android side mainly provides users with the practice of the subject, and Web side uses SpringMVC framework to achieve the the service to the front, while implementing the management of the exam and users. Web side through the Item-Based Collaborative Filtering Recommendation Algorithms to achieve the user's personalized recommendation, after the practice, each user has their own history and the wrong record library, by calculating the average difficulty index of the subjects in record library, system can adjust the difficulty index of subject dynamic for users, and recommend users a new subject in which difficulty index had changed. This can help users learn in his own learning-zone. The system has achieved the users login, registration, and practice in Android side, and it can recommend subjects in practice function. Administrators can manage subjects and users by login in Web side, and achieve user personalized recommendations.
