A separated layer water injection process tubular column is applied in the technical field of oil field separated layer water injection. The lower end is provided with a bottom plug, the upper end of the bottom plug is connected with a sieve tube via an oil tube, the upper end of the sieve tube is connected with a bidirectional valve which is connected with a prefabricated working barrel, the prefabricated working barrel is connected with a lower water distributor which is connected with a Y 241 packer, and the Y 241 packer is arranged between an upper and a lower water layers and is connected with an upper water distributer and the oil tube of the upper water distributer; and the oil tube is connected to a well head. The utility model has the beneficial effects that: the separated layer water injection process tubular column can carry out separated layer water injection, adopts the Y 241 packer, satisfies the technological requirements of separated layer water injection of a water injection well while prevents the tubular tube from creeping caused by temperature and pressure effects, water injection fluctuation and the like, and thereby prolonging the valid period of separated layer water injection, and improving the water injection extraction effect.
