Study on the contribution to the cytokines of the carya bark decoction to the BALb/c tumor-bearing mice

OBJECTIVE To study the therapeutical effects and the contribution to the cytokines of the carya bark decoction to the BALb/c tumor-bearing mice.METHODS The cell culture was deployed,then the mice-transplanted tumor model was constructed and they were cured with carya bark decoction by injecting the carya bark decoction to the tumor,at last the cytokines level in the serum was detected.RESULTS The mice-transplanted tumor model was successfully constructed.The ratios of the spleen to the body weight of the groups cured with high,medium and low dose of drugs was significantly higher than those of the control.The difference of the IL-2 and IFN-γ among all the groups were not significant,but the IL-10 level of the group cured with high dose of drug was significantly degraded,and displayed dose-effect reference.CONCLUSTION With the developing of the tumor,a dose of carya bark decoction could regulate the immunologica function of the body,and inhibit the IL-10 level in the serum was one route.
