Pelatihan Membangun Organisasi Pembelajar dan Perilaku Berbagi Pengetahuan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Kecamatan Klari, Kabupaten Karawang, Jawa Barat

In the context of the organization, increasing the capacity of each member will definitely have an impact on increasing the capacity of the organization. This capacity building can be done if the commitment of each member of the organization is realized with full awareness of the learning process and practice and the attachment of leadership awareness to each individual in the organization. The problem of the non-optimal development of private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) is currently an opportunity for training to realize an independent Madrasah through the concept of a learning organization and knowledge sharing, so as to create an organization that is fully aware and attached to each individual as a leader to make improvements and increase creativity. and innovation. The training service activities were carried out through a two-day webinar in August with a target group of 7 MI in the Klari sub-district, but the participants who took part were not limited so that on the day of the activity the number of training participants was 263 participants. Tests were carried out at the beginning and at the end of the activity to determine the level of understanding of the participants, the average score of participants before and after participating in the training increased. Keywords: Learning Organization, Knowledge Sharing, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah ABSTRAK Dalam konteks organisasi, peningkatan kapasitas setiap anggota pasti akan berdampak pada peningkatan kapasitas organisasi. Peningkatan kapasitas tersebut bisa dilakukan jika komitmen setiap anggota organisasi terwujud dengan penuh kesadaran terhadap proses dan praktik pembelajaran serta melekatnya kesadaran kepemimpinan pada masing-masing individu didalam organisasi. Permasalahan belum optimalnya pembinaan terhadap Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Swasta saat ini menjadi peluang untuk dilakukan pelatihan untuk mewujudkan Madrasah yang mandiri melalui konsep organisasi pembelajar dan berbagi pengetahuan, sehingga terwujud organisasi yang berkesadaran penuh dan melekat pad asetiap individu sebagai pemimpin untuk melakukan perbaikan dan peningkatan kreativitas dan inovasi. Kegiatan pengabdian pelatihan dilakukan melalui webinar selama du ahari di Bulan Agustus dengan jumlah kelompok sasaran 7 MI di Kecamatan Klari, namun peserta yang mengikuti tidak dibatasi sehingga pada hari pelaksaaan kegiatan jumlah peserta pelatihan sebanyak 263 peserta. Dilakukan tes di awal dan diakhir kegiatan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman peserta, nilai rata-rata peserta sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti pelatihan terjadi peningkatan Kata Kunci: Organisasi Pembelajar, Berbagi Pengetahuan, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah
