Method for preparing long needle-like ibuprofen crystals from aqueous solution by adding sodium dodecyl sulfate

2016
The invention discloses a method for preparing long needle-like ibuprofen crystals from aqueous solution by adding sodium dodecyl sulfate, and belongs to the field of new technology of pharmaceutical preparations. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing the aqueous solution containing ibuprofen, urea and polyvinyl alcohol; heating to 100 DEG C, performing heat preservation for 12-24 hours and then cooling to room temperature to prepare the aqueous solution of ibuprofen; then, preparing a buffer aqueous solution having pH=1 from hydrochloric acid and potassium chloride, and adding sodium dodecyl sulfate; then, dropwise adding the aqueous solution of ibuprofen to the buffer aqueous solution having pH=1 and containing sodium dodecyl sulfate, stirring and reacting for 4 hours, filtering, and washing twice with deionized water; finally, drying at 40 DEG C for 12 hours to prepare the long needle-like ibuprofen crystals. The long needle-like ibuprofen crystals prepared by the method provided by the invention are controllable and uniform in size, beneficial for the implementation of subsequent tabletting and wrapping processes, small in specific surface area, and capable of realizing the effect of slowly releasing ibuprofen.
