Standardized Processing Method and Software From Excel Data

This paper puts forward a method to deal those scattered and non-standard business data in traditional Excel table by using template technology.We use a company's data as an example to analysis our method.The experimental results show that our method can extract non-standard data from scattered Excel table and then write these data into standard template automatically.Moreover it does not need template files in this extraction process.This method has the function of generating table and filling table automatically and has achieved good results in practical application.
