Leaky Modes in Nonlinear Optical Resonators

The aim of this lecture is to show that leaky modes provide a convenient mean for the study of nonlinear optical interactions in “open” resonators such as Fabry-Perot’s, multilayer structures, prism or grating couplers, etc.
