Oil-gas-water three-phase separator

The invention relates to an oil-gas-water three-phase separator. The separator comprises a horizontal tank, a stock solution inlet is disposed at the left center of the tank, the tank is internally provided with an overflow baffle plate to separate the tank into an oil-water separation chamber and an oil storage chamber, the bottom of the oil-water separation chamber is provided with a water outlet, a plurality of vertical washplates are arranged in the oil-water separation chamber along the horizontal direction, through-holes are evenly distributed on the washplates, exhaust bags are arranged on the upper tank near the right end of the oil-water separation chamber, the top of each exhaust bag is provided with an exhaust port, the bottom of each exhaust bag is equipped with a mist catcher, a rectifier is arranged at the center of the oil-water separation chamber above the washplates, a liquid inlet baffle plate is arranged over against the stock solution inlet, and the bottom of the oil storage chamber is provided with an oil drainage port. Through reasonable arrangement of the internal structure, improvement of the exhaust structure, and arrangement of the exhaust bags, the gas-liquid separation efficiency is greatly improved, the floor space of the three-phase separator is small, and the making cost is low.
