Mechatronic Modules with Minimal Losses Electrical Machine

The article analyzes the work of mechatronic modules that drive complex technological mechanisms. The main trends and solutions based on different types of mechatronic modules are considered. The mathematical model of the mechatronic module driving the mechanism of rolls of the cold rolling tube mill is proposed. The model is based on the kinematic laws of motion of the mechanism-mechatronic module complex. This approach makes it possible to successfully optimize the operating modes of mechatronic systems. It is shown that due to the choice of the trajectory of the mechatronic system, it is possible to significantly reduce the losses of the object operating in the start-up and braking mode. It is shown that the losses are reduced by about 25%.
