The invention discloses a membrane component and a high-efficiency energy-saving sea water desalinating device adopting the same. Circulating sea water can be prevented from directly contacting with cooling liquid through the membrane component (9); a cooling water circulating pool (2) of the high-efficiency energy-saving sea water desalinating device is connected with the membrane component (9) through a cooling water circulating pump (4), the membrane component (9) is connected with the cooling water circulating pool (2) by a pipeline, a sea water circulating pool (12) is connected with a heat exchange coil pipe (19) in a solar water heater (18) by a sea water circulating pump (14), the heat exchange coil pipe (19) is connected with the membrane component (9) by a pipeline, and the membrane component (9) is connected with the sea water circulating pool (12) by a pipeline; and the membrane component (9) is directly connected with a pure water storage pool (24) by a pipeline. According to the membrane component and the high-efficiency energy-saving sea water desalinating device adopting the same, fresh water can be produced from the sea water by utilizing membrane distillation technology, the utilization of clean energy can be realized by the solar water heater, and the membrane component and the high-efficiency energy-saving sea water desalinating device adopting the same have the advantages of being low in investment, low in energy consumption, high in the purity of the fresh water and recycling utilization rate, and free from pollution.
