The article analyzes the problem of formation of inclusive competence of future teachers during quarantine restrictions, identifies and characterizes the general trends of distance education in Ukraine, summarizes the authors' experience in solving this problem. The authors study the terminological field, in particular, the concepts of "competence", "inclusive competence", "inclusive competence of future teachers" are recognized. The components of inclusive competence of the future teacher, in particular motivational, cognitive, reflexive and operational, are determined, their content and structure are revealed. The authors outline the traditional ways of forming the inclusive competence of future teachers and characterize the difficulties faced by teachers of higher education institutions. The authors analyze the experience of using remote technologies in the practice of higher education institutions during the quarantine period in 2020. The generalization of experience of use of technologies in the organization of educational work of pedagogical establishments of higher education in the conditions of quarantine is carried out and it is defined that online (in real time) and offline (standby mode) formats are most often used in educational process. Listed are platforms, programs, cloud environments, messengers which, according to the experience of researchers and practitioners, are the most effective in domestic practice. The article confirms the effectiveness of compliance with the rules of "Internet etiquette", which are designed to facilitate the communication process and set up a team for fruitful cooperation online. Researchers present a set of measures using remote technologies for the formation of inclusive competence of future teachers during quarantine, summarized in the form of a table and systematized. The advantages and disadvantages of the formation of inclusive competence of future teachers in the conditions of quarantine restrictions are also analyzed.
