A Bionic Approach to the Construction of a Voice Control System in Emergency Conditions

In this paper a bionic approach to the construction of a voice control system (VCS) in emergency conditions (EC) has been proposed. A method of search and rescue operations (SRO) using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) has been developed. It was also shown that the VCS contributes to increasing rapid and secure redeployment of resources required to eliminate and/or minimize the effects of (EC). Multi-channel of building a voice commands; filtering speech signals based on the Hilbert-Juan transform; using a neural network to recognize the minimum speech unit of a language model; authenticates an operator (VCS) are features perceived a paradigm construction of VCS.
