This research was a descriptive-correlational study, and survey technique was used for collecting data. The statistical population of this study were all students of SANRU (2770 students) in the academic year 2017-2018. The data collection tool was a questionnaire. Its validity was approved by the agricultural extension and education specialists and the Cronbach's alpha coefficients of the scales (ranged from 0.723 to 0.881), indicating the reliability of the measurement tool. The research results revealed that the most important problems of students were financial problem and lack of suitable entertainment. Among the variables studied, the rate of internet usage, the amount of study, the amount of household income and personal income, the relatives' attitude toward the field of study and the perspective about the job's future had a significant relationship with the level of the problems understood by the students. The result of ordinal regression showed that three variables including the amount of study, the amount of household income and the perspective about the job's future, can predict 17.4 to 40.1 percent of the variation in the dependent variable of students' problems.
