The Dutch constitution in comparative perspective

This chapter introduces the volume on the Dutch Constitution we did with Giuseppe Franco Ferrari. We introduce the project, situate it in comparative constitutional literature and introduce the themes our book covers. We suggest, among other things, that our volume can be understood as a contribution to remedy the 'usual-suspect' problem in comparative constitutional scholarship.
