Dielectric studies of artemia cysts using time domain spectroscopy

There exists today a great deal of controversy regarding the physical state of water in biological systems. A question is whether or not the water in these systems may be assumed to behave according to the fundamental postulates of dilute solution theory. The resolution of this controversy will help determine which of the basic theories of cellular function is more realistic.
