Radar reception signal processing apparatus and method

The invention relates to a radar return signal processing apparatus and the method thereof, particularly relates to a radar return signal processing apparatus and the method thereof that effectively extracts information on any one of the echoes included in the radar return signal mixed with target signals and useless signals. radar return signal processing apparatus and the method thereof provides a condition which can effectively identify the two signals even the two signals have the almost same frequency change,but without revoming the target signals. The radar return signal is converted in the frequency area to obtain a frequency spectrum (step S11). Then the obtained frequency spectrum fits the sum of each dendsity function (mixed dendsity functions) of echoes (step S12). At last, the apparatus learnes modeling a shaped of the frequency spectrum by calculating repeatedly a sum of density functions of each of the echoes (step S13) and outputs as an observation result (step S14).
