The invention discloses a high-adaptation truss temperature control method. The high-adaptation truss temperature control method includes that step 1, coating multi-layer thermal insulation components at the surface of a support rod of a truss; step 2, spraying intelligent coats to the surfaces of a rod hinge which do not influence the stretching of a movable component. A multi-layer thermal insulation structure comprises multi-layer thermal insulation components of multiple units, and the multi-layer thermal insulation component of each unit is composed of double-sided aluminum plated polyester films and nylon net scarves which are distributed at intervals. Each intelligent coat is made of thermotropic phase change material, the infrared emitting ability is changed along with the change of temperature, the temperature change induces phase change, and then the emitting ability is changed along with the phase change so as to keep the rod hinge at an ideal temperature. The high-adaptation truss temperature control method solves the on-track temperature control problem before and after stretching the truss, adapts to temperature needs under different external thermal flow conditions and has advantages of high adaptation, good reliability and flexible design.
