The invention relates to a thermoelectric and piezoelectric device control system comprising a thermoelectric and piezoelectric device, a temperature sensor, an abnormity detector, monitoring units, a system controller, a power supply storage device and a control circuit. The thermoelectric and piezoelectric device comprises at least one thermoelectric and piezoelectric group. The monitoring units are connected with the temperature sensor, the abnormity detector and the thermoelectric and piezoelectric groups. The monitoring units are used for receiving the parameter data of the thermoelectric and piezoelectric groups, acquiring the received data and transmitting the acquired data to the system controller. At least one monitoring unit is used for detecting the fault event about the thermoelectric and piezoelectric groups and triggering disconnection of the thermoelectric and piezoelectric groups. Each thermoelectric and piezoelectric group comprises thermoelectric devices and a piezoelectric device. The thermoelectric devices comprise an upper thermoelectric device and a lower thermoelectric device. The piezoelectric device is arranged between the upper thermoelectric device and the lower thermoelectric device. Buffer devices are also arranged between the piezoelectric device and the thermoelectric devices. The thermoelectric and piezoelectric device control system has the advantages of being long in the service life, high in safety and high in efficiency.
