Curettage and Bone Coment Trecatment for Giant Cell Tumors of the Bone of the Proximal Radius and Ulna

We will report on two rare cases cell tumors of the bone of giant of the proximal radius and ulna.Our case 1 showed a well-de fined lytic lesion in the proximal ulna, spread to the soft tissues, Case 2 showed a cystic lesion in the proximal radius.We operated on the two cases of GCT of the bone with a curettage and cementation.This method was useful in obtaining early mobility and stability.We conclude that a curettage and cementation are a promising treatment for elderly people and non weight bearivng joints.
