1997
The invention concerns derivatives of formula (I) in which in particular, R1 represents an amino radical selected among one of the substituents (i) to (v): in which R4 and R5 identical or different, represent H or an alkyl radical linear or branched containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms, Q represents O, NH, CH2 or NCH3 and m represents a whole number ranging between 2 and 4; R2 represents H, Cl, OH, OMe, or CH3; X-Y represents N-CH2, N-CH2CH2, CR6-CH2, C=CH; Z1 represents CH2 or CO; Z2 represents O or NH and n represents zero or a whole number ranging between 1 and 6, COR'3 or CHOHR'3, in which R'3 represents an aryl or alkylaryl radical. These compounds are particularly useful as antidepressant drugs.
