The Association of Radiotherapy with Radiosensitizing Drugs in the Treatment of Soft Tissue Sarcomas (Preliminary Studies)

We have started clinical studies involving the use of radio-sensitizing drugs for patients suffering from soft tissue sarcomas. The patients belonged to three categories, i.e. they had active neoplasia either because they were considered inoperable, or because they had refused radical surgival intervention, or finally because they had received surgery but not radically.
