The invention provides an optical fiber transmission lighting device. By means of a circuit control system and a cooling system, a lasing diode is controlled to output 450 nm blue single-frequency lasers stably and continuously, the 450 nm blue single-frequency lasers are coupled into transmission optical fiber by an optical fiber coupler, a laser headlight receives parallel beams transmitted by optical fiber, after beam expansion is conducted, the parallel beams are in motivating reaction with a yellow phosphorus filter inside the laser headlight so as to be switched into 540 nm yellow light, mixing light with blue light and the yellow light being 1:3 is formed finally, and white-light illumination with high luminance is achieved. Due to the fact that optical fiber transmission is adopted in the device, separation of light and electricity is conducted, the optical fiber transmission lighting device is an safe, energy-saving, non-pollution, green and outdoor lighting device, and the problems that the energy consumption outdoor lighting is large, detection and maintenance are troublesome, and the potential safety hazard is large are solved.
