As a result of the spent researches on studying of chemotherapeutic properties of an antibiotic it is defined its influences, both on a microbic cage, and on a macroorganism. At introduction amoxicillin 15 % in the recommended dose of 1,0 ml to 10 kg of live weight practically are not changed by quantity of uniform elements of blood. On the basis of the received results it is defined that introduction amoxicillin 20 % does not lead to essential changes of the maintenance of haemoglobin, quantity эритроцитов and in leukocytes to the formula. At studying of influence given preparation on some indicators of nonspecific reactance of an organism, namely phagocyte activity of leukocytes of blood which increases at preparation introduction in medical doses.
