Antistatic ABS plastics and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a preparation method of antistatic ABS plastics. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) uniformly mixing titanium dioxide and a coupling agent to obtain modified titanium dioxide; (2) uniformly mixing ABS resin, modified titanium dioxide and an antistatic agent to obtain a mixture, sending the mixture into a screw extruder, and smelting and mixing; and (3) extruding and granulating to obtain the antistatic ABS plastics. By virtue of a reasonable proportion, the type and application amount of inorganic packing and the antistatic agent capable of improving the mechanical performance of the ABS plastics are preferably selected, little titanium dioxide modified by the coupling agent is added into the ABS plastics, the modification effect for the ABS plastics is better, the titanate coupling agent can remarkably improve the interface cohesive force of the titanium dioxide and ABS resin, the antistatic performance is improved, and the material with excellent comprehensive performance is obtained.
