DFA-Oriented Information Model and Data Exchange of Product for Surface Mount Technology

Board level electronic circuit product of Surface Mount Technology(SMT) is the main type of electronic products.Data exchange standards for electronic products are analyzed.DFA-oriented model and data exchange based on STEP standard is put forward.Two-level(component level and product level) information model of SMT product that includes geometrical information, physical information,performance information and function information is built based on multi-information modeling.For data exchange between SMT product electronic design information and manufacture information,we present methods for data exchange,and examine its data source,pre-processor and post-processor.
