Частота и структура неходжкинских злокачественных лимфом в Новосибирске, НСО и городах Сибирского федерального округа

There were examined 764 patients, who are living in the Siberian Federal District and in Kazakhstan and suffering from non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. For the first time in this territory were thoroughly studies the structure and the morbidity of the basic clinico-immunomorphologic variants of the lymphomas in accordance with the WHO classification. It was shown the role of the immunomorphological diagnostics with the utilization of the wide monoclonal antibodies panel. There were confirmed the key value of research of the totality of clinical, morphological, immunphenotipic and genetic attributes for lymphoma's variant verification, that is an obligatory condition for the adequate program's selection of the treatment and the outcome of the disease.
