The Technological Study on ECM Microelectrode for Measuring the Muscle's Tension

In this paper, a new device and machining method for manufacturing the microelectrode used in measuring the muscle's tension is introduced by means of ECM and using the metal's elastico-plastic deformation theory, and through studying the manufacturing technology of copper electrode. The experiment shows that the method is feasible and the machining parameters are determined.
