Ecografía en sinequia uterina postconización

We present a case of hematometra due to uterine cervical conglutination postconization, diagnosed on ultrasound. Although infrequent, it is important to recognize this pathologic condition to ensure immediate treatrnent, thus avoiding worse sequelaes like hematosalpinx and hemoperitoneum. The ultrasound sean presents a typical image of hematometra demonslraling its usefulness in thc differential diagnosis of these conditions.
