The invention discloses an automatic loading and unloading device of plate processing equipment, relating to an automatic plate feeding device. The automatic loading and unloading device of the plate processing equipment can be integrated into and matched with the automatic plate processing equipment so as to realize unmanned operation in whole process. The automatic loading and unloading device of the plate processing equipment comprises a rack, a Z-X direction transportation device, a lifting mechanism, a loading vacuum chuck device, and an unloading device, wherein the rack is provided with an upper storage, a lower storage and a rear storage, the Z-X direction transportation device transports piled plates to a loading prepared station between the upper storage and the lower storage, the lifting mechanism conducts Z-direction lifting transportation of the piled plates from the loading prepared station, the loading vacuum chuck device absorbs the topmost-layer plates from the piled plates and transports the topmost-layer plates to plate processing equipment, and the unloading device takes away the processed plates from the plate processing equipment to the rear storage. The automatic loading and unloading device is provided with the rack with the three storages which are respectively used for storage, transportation as needed, and collection. The possible scratch to the surface of the plates is further taken into account; and after the chuck absorbs the plates, a loading rolling shaft immediately gets involved between the topmost-layer plate and a secondarily top-layer so as to separate the two layers of plates thoroughly, thus thoroughly avoid the damage of the plates.
