The invention discloses an unpowered internal combustion jet ladle heating device. The unpowered internal combustion jet ladle heating device is characterized in that a heat exchange chamber is arranged on a steel ladle cover; exhaust holes are evenly distributed in the periphery of the steel ladle cover, and the exhaust holes are communicated with exhaust pipes in the heat exchange chamber; the exhaust pipes are communicated with an exhaust port; air inlet pipes are also arranged in the heat exchange chamber; the upper portion and the lower portion of each air inlet pipe are communicated with an air inlet and a combustion supporting air pipe respectively; a high-temperature-resistant gas pipe is arranged in the combustion supporting air pipe; the air inlet pipes are arranged in the exhaust pipes; an air flow measurement device and a gas flow measurement device are connected to a PLC; the PLC automatically adjusts the opening degree of an electric regulating valve according to feedback values of the air flow measurement device and the gas flow measurement device, so that the air-fuel ratio is controlled. According to the unpowered internal combustion jet ladle heating device, heat energy of waste gas is fully used for heating combustion supporting air by arranging a heat recovering system, and thus energy is saved; meanwhile, the air-fuel ratio is controlled through the PLC, and thus combustion is made more sufficient.
