Опыт применения препаратов метрогил и далацин в профилактике инфекционных осложнений послеродового периода у родильниц с травмами промежности

Research was spent on base of observation branches of Regional Perinatal centre in Kursk. 75 women have been included in research with postnatal perineum traumas from 18 till 40 years (the age of observable patients has made middle age of 25 years) in the first-fifth days after the delivery. Frequency of revealing inflammatory changes of fabrics in the field of external sexual bodies has decreased and was, (16%) in 8 and (21.3%) in 16 women, accordingly. For the fifth days of the postnatal period in woman of 2 group reddenings and puffinesses fabrics of external genitals have not been revealed whereas in 7 women of control group they remained. It is necessary to notice that by-effects in no one application of Metrogil-gel and Dalacin cream were not revealed Results of the present research testify that inclusion of Metrogil-gel and Dalacin cream in therapy of postnatal perineum traumas in women in childbirth has allowed to reduce hospital stay from 7 kojko-days till 5 kojko-days. There were no cases of divergence of a postoperative wound, seams healed a primary tension. The total disappearance of all subjective and objective signs occurred faster, than in group without application of the given preparations. Complications in the postnatal period were not observed, while in control group according to ultrasonic results endometrite in two and gematometra in four cases are diagnosed.
