A method for gapless mounting spraying of two components as well as valve device for an internal combustion engine

Mounting spraying method, in particular for the production of valve devices are known. According to the invention, a method comprising the following steps, as well as a valve device manufactured by this method, it is proposed to avoid too large gaps and create a tight valve seat: - spraying a first, outer component (2) a second component (22) is sprayed forming a free space (10) to the first outer component (2) on the back (20) of a wall (16) against the front face (18), - - injection of the second component (22) under pressure against the wall (16), said wall (16) by the pressure elastically in the direction of the free space (10) is deformed, - shrinkage of the second component (22) by cooling, - spring-back of the elastically deformed wall (16) toward the second component (22).
