Female Administrative Behavior in Maintaining the Standards of Quality Assurance in Universities of Pakistan

This is a qualitative study focusing on the female administrative behavior in alliance with standards of quality assurance as recommended by Higher Education Commission (HEC). Data has been collected from female administrators of three public universities. The mode of data collection was semi structured interview protocol. The study identified sub themes from which five major themes are extracted. Feedback, loopholes, unpractical document, no gender difference and females; good administrators are the five major themes. The results conclude that female administrators are performing their administrative duties well with the help of unique administrative behavior. The research also brings us close to the fact that set standards of quality assurance in higher education need to be reviewed and equipped with proper support system.
