The invention relates to a ferronickel fly ash ball pressing method which comprises the following steps: mixing laterite ore and fly ash, performing fine breaking and forced stirring, performing ball pressing on the stirred materials through a roller ball pressing machine, and finally performing drying strengthening on the pressed balls to achieve the aim of recovering ferronickel fly ash. The invention further provides a ferronickel fly ash ball pressing system which is simple in structure, convenient to operate and good in ball forming performance. The ferronickel fly ash ball pressing system and method have the advantages that: the laterite ore is prepared according to certain proportion to perform ball pressing on the fly ash, and no adhesive is needed, so that the cost is saved; medium-pressure ball pressing is performed through the roller ball pressing machine, the ball forming performance is good, and the ball forming rate can reach higher than 98%; drying strengthening on raw balls is performed through a low-temperature vertical drying machine so as to reduce ball breaking rate; and the proportion of the laterite ore, the fly ash and water can be adjusted conveniently, so that ball pressing technological parameters can be changed, accordingly relative parameters of kiln-entering ball materials can be controlled, ball breaking rate in roasting of the ball materials can be reduced, and production of nickeliferous smoke in a rotary kiln is reduced.
