PENGARUH PEMBERIAN KOMBINASI GONADOTROPIN PADA SAPI PERAH YANG MENGALAMI HIPOFUNGSI OVARIUM TERHADAP ANGKA KEBUNTINGAN DI WILAYAH KSU TUNAS SETIA BARU KECAMATAN TUTUR KABUPATEN PASURUAN

This study aimed to know the effect of giving a combination of Gonadotropin on ovarian hypofunction Dairy cattle to the pregnancy rate. This study used 10 Dairy Cattle without pregnant status and having reproductive disorders of the ovarian hypofunction. All Dairy Cattle were divided into 2 treatment groups. The ovulation initiated with injection of 300IU PG-600 intramuscularly on day-1. After 6th day, the whole dairy cattle experience lust. Artificial insemination was performed together with injected hCG 100IU intramuscularly for group I (P1), and hCG 300IU intramuscularly for group II (P2). The data were analyzed by Chi-Square Test. The results showed that the whole dairy cattle were diagnosed pregnant (100%) on all groups. The conclusion, the combination of Gonadotropin has an effect to the pregnancy rate on ovarian hypofunction dairy cattle.
