Two Kinds of Methods of Mixing VB and FORTRAN in One Program and Their Comparison

Two methods of using VB and FORTRAN proframming are introduced.The first one is that VB uses the executable files which are compiled by FORTRAN. The second one is that VB and FORTRAN are mixed by Dynamic Link Library. The example which realizes the mixed language programming using VB and FORTRAN is given. The disadvantages and advantages of two methods are obtained.
