Genetic Diversity of 23 Tobacco Germplasm Resources by SSR and ISSR Analysis

The genetic difference among 23 germplasm resources was analyzed by SSR and ISSR analysis to identify their genetic diversity.The results showed that 66 and 113 polymorphic loci were detected from 8 SSR primers and 8 ISSR primers respectively,the genetic different coefficient between different tobacco germplasm resources was 0.3259-0.8588(SSR) and 0.1369-0.8161(ISSR) separately.The cluster analysis showed that 23 tobacco germplasm resources could be divided into 2 groups(Honghuadajinyuan and NC82) and 2 independent types(Coker147,Val16 or G140).SSR and ISSR marker analysis can be used in genetic diversity analysis of tobacco germplasm resources.
