Análise do comportamento mecânico de compósito de polipropileno/fibra de madeira com polipropilen o reciclado em aterro sanitário

Neste trabalho, foi avaliada a influencia da adicao de 50% (m/m) do masterbatch de polipropileno com fibra de madeira (ppm) em polipropileno reciclado (PPR) na biodegradacao apos aterro enterro. Os especimes foram colocados em um aterro sanitario na cidade de Farroupilha–RS. Depois de 90, 180, e 270 dias enterrado, as amostras foram caracterizadas por teste de compressao, microscopia otica e analises microbiologicas. O teste de compressao mostraram que as amostas com a incorporacao do masterbach (PP50) houve uma reducao de 10% na forca de compressao apos 180 dias. Na s microscopias opticas (MO) foi observada a aderencia de microorganismos, o que indica os processos de degradacao. EnglishThere is a growing search for solutions that minimize environmental problems caused by the disposal of post–consumed polymeric materials. In this work, the influ ence of the addition of 50% (w/w) polypropylene masterbatch with wood fiber (PPm) in recycled polypropylene (PPr) on the biodegradation after landfill burial was evaluated. The specimens were placed on a landfill in the city of Farroupilha–RS. After 90, 180, and 270 days buried, the samples were characterized by compression test, optical microscopies and microbiological analyzes. The compression test showed that the samples with masterbach incorporation (PP50) had a strength reduction of 10% in compression after 180 days. In the optical microscopies (MO) it was observed adhesion of microorganisms, which indicates degradation processes.
