The initiative capacitance pen comprises a first electrode, a second electrode and a controller, wherein the first electrode is used for communicating with the capacitance touch screen; the controller is used for controlling the first electrode and the second electrode to communicate with the capacitance touch screen; and the controller simultaneously independently receives a signal from the capacitance touch screen according to the first electrode and the second electrode, and determines the inclination of the initiative capacitance pen. The inclination of the initiative capacitance pen can be obtained, and the initiative capacitance pen has the advantages of simple structure and circuit and high positioning precision and improves the universality of inclination detection.
