Method for separating and purifying gonadotropin glycoprotein subunits

The invention provides a method for separating and purifying gonadotropin glycoprotein subunits. The method comprises the following steps: 1, mixing a solution containing gonadotropins with urea, disposing, and diluting; 2, directly adding the diluted solution obtained in step 1 to an affinity chromatography column balanced by a balance buffer, collecting the eluant, adding the balance buffer, collecting the eluant, and mixing the fractions containing gonadotropin alpha subunits in the eluants; and 3, adding an elution buffer, collecting the eluant, and mixing the fractions containing gonadotropin beta subunits in the eluant.
