Internally-heated lead vacuum heat treating furnace

The invention discloses an internally-heated lead vacuum heat treating furnace, which is provided with a PLC automatic control system. The internally-heated lead vacuum heat treating furnace is characterized in that a main body of the vacuum heat treating furnace is provided with a vacuum system using an oil ring vacuum pump, a filter and an electric control system, wherein a heating chamber is arranged in a vacuum and airtight furnace shell, a plurality of heating rods are coaxially arranged along the periphery of the inner wall of the heating chamber, the furnace shell is provided with an introduction electrode, a gas circulating cooling blower and a heat exchanger are arranged between the heating chamber and the back end of the furnace shell body, two ends of the heating chamber are provided with ventilation ports, a lower corner of the right side of the heating chamber is provided with a graphite pipeline which is directly communicated with an evacuation pipeline of the vacuum system, the furnace shell is also provided with an inflation inlet and provided with an inflation electromagnetic valve, and protective gas is inflated into the furnace through the inflation inlet in needof inflation. The invention is specially designed for producing a graphite pencil lead, impurities in a processed material generate and release a large amount of volatile gas with the risen temperature, and the volatile gas is filtered and safely exhausted in time. The furnace has two work functions of vacuum and inflation at the same time, thereby reducing emission pollution, saving the energy source and improving the production efficiency.
