Trends of the UK Doctors Structure under the Influence of Medical Educational Resource Allocation

In order to solve the problem of shortage of health human resource,the UK has implemented a strategy of National Expansion of Medical Schools to increase the number of both medical students and medical schools.Through implementation of the policy and relevant supporting policies and measures,the total number of doctors has increased,the average age of the doctors is falling,and the number of overseas doctors appears a downward trend in the UK.The UK's experience is meaningful for our country.
