2003
West China has been troubled by shortage of capital due to the slow development of monetary market and separation of the state-owned banks from West China areas and the reconstruction of agencies of the state-owned banks and slow development of local non-state monetary agencies. The paper suggests that West China areas should change the key field in which capitals are introduced and that they should select commercial capital and industrial capital as the key field for inflowing capitals and that they should speed up to establish multi-form monetary agencies so as to enable capitals to embody better effects.
