Coronary Artery Spasm–Induced Cardiac Arrest Precipitated by Iodine Contrast Load in Unknown Pre-Existing Graves’ Disease

A 51-year-old female active smoker with no cardiac history presented with jaw pain and acute inferior ST-segment elevation electrocardiography (ECG) changes. Emergency coronary angiography revealed a culprit thrombotic occlusion of the mid right coronary artery, which was successfully recanalized
